“The blindness that opens the eye is not the one that darkens vision.

Tears and not sight are the essence of the eye.”

‘Touching’ Through the Eye

Is the eye for seeing or touching? Do eyes really see? Is it possible to touch the untouchable? How can we touch without being touched? The two themes: Object and Subject. Self and the Other. The subject that touches, the object that is being touched. Is the opposite possible? The object that touches and the subject being touched? Then is there a transformation of subject and the object? The object is not an object anymore and the subject is not a subject.  But do they keep their distance? Their Otherness? What does the Face of the Other tell us?
